The composite is glass-vinylester + Kevlar, 3/16" (5mm) thick. High density, laminate reinforced with 50% minimum fiberglass content. We use a smooth «gelcoat» Iso NeopentylGlycol high U.V. resistance (similar basecoat - clearcoat). Gelcoat finish 18 – 20 mil thick. The GSC standard colour for the bodies is white #21198 Sico. One piece molded doors Door latches are with two state rotary style stainless steel. All vertical door retainers are heavy duty, 90 degree hands free gas strut shock type. All horizontal doors are hinged at the bottom, with rubber door bumpers. Stainless steel slam latch and door hinge. Automotive grade bubble gasket. Flow through ventilation system Full length drip rails. Rear mud flaps mounted behind the rear wheels. Aluminium rock guards. Subframe and floor: 3/16" Alum Tread plate floor. 3/16" Alum header panel Steel under structure, 6". All nuts are grade 8 «Dacromet». Bumper & hitch: Full width rear step bumper with anti-slip top and recessed to accept a pintle hook Grip strut access step. All the parts are painted before assembly.
